Marco Antonio Duque

Marco Antonio Duque has a diverse work experience. Marco Antonio started their career as a Business Analyst I at Pan-American Life Insurance Group in January 2012. Marco Antonio then progressed to become a Business Analyst II in January 2014 and a Senior Business Analyst/Supervisor in January 2015. In April 2018, they became a Manager of Business Information Services. Marco Antonio was later promoted to Director, International Shared Systems and Salesforce Business Information Services in October 2021. From June 2023 onwards, they took on the role of Director Corporate Systems Lead at the same company. Prior to their time at Pan-American Life Insurance Group, they served as the Líder Innovación & Desarrollo at Belcorp from November 2010 to July 2011. Marco Antonio also worked as a Coordinador Desarrollo de Productos at Organización Corona from February 2008 to October 2010.

Marco Antonio Duque completed their education at two universities. Marco Antonio obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at Universidad de Los Andes. In addition to their academic qualifications, Duque has also attained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified Business Analysis Professional™ through the IIBA. In 2019, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) credential from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. More recently, in 2022, they completed the Business Administration Specialist certification from Trailhead by Salesforce. In 2023, Duque became a Salesforce Associate after obtaining the corresponding certification from Salesforce.
