Heather Jonasson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Heather is currently employed at Paligo as a Content Lead since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Creator and Host for the podcast "Life In The Land of The Ice and Snow" starting in October 2018.

From February 2021 to August 2022, Heather worked at Precisely as a Content Manager. In 2000, Heather attended SFI (svenska för invandrare) until 2003, although their field of study is unspecified. In 2009, they briefly studied Photoshop at Medieinstitutet in Stockholm. Additionally, Heather has obtained several certifications, including "Introduction to Communication Science" from Coursera, University of Amsterdam in July 2015, "Scandinavian Film and Television - University of Copenhagen" from Coursera in November 2014, "Internet History, Technology, and Security" from Coursera in December 2013, and "The Language of Hollywood: Storytelling, Sound, and Color" from Coursera, Wesleyan University in March 2013.
