Heather Revanna

Heather Revanna has had a diverse range of work experience. Heather currently works as a Technical Support Specialist at Paligo, starting in September 2019. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2019, they worked as an Independent Contractor in the role of Application Support / Technical Writer. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Technical Writer - Contractor at EI Medical Imaging, where their responsibilities included creating user guides and revising content for software/hardware upgrades. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Synaptec Software, Inc as a Documentation and Training Specialist, managing client implementations, and handling user documentation of software systems. Heather also has experience as a Technical Writer at Carrier Access Corporation from 2004 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as a QA Analyst/Technical Writer at Symbol Technologies, a Software Test Engineer at Marconi, a Help Desk/Word Processing Operator at Reed Smith, a Marketing Coordinator at BP Poland, and an English Teacher at International House Kraków.

Heather Revanna pursued their Bachelor's degree at the University of Pittsburgh, specializing in Russian Language & Literature. After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, they also had an undisclosed educational experience at Harrisburg Academy.
