Chris Shaw

Chris Shaw has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Cable Technician at Prince Telecom for two years. In 2014, they joined Metropolitan Communications Group as a Fiber Splicer. Chris then moved on to the University of Delaware in 2015, where they worked as a Network Technician for two years. Following that, from 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Programmer and Systems Integrator at Tri-state Security and Control. In 2018, they joined Pentec Health as a Cyber Security Specialist until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as an Information Security Consultant at Security Risk Advisors. Currently, Chris is employed at Palindrome Technologies as an Information Security Consultant and Researcher, starting in March 2022.

Chris Shaw attended Wilmington University from 2010 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Network and Security, with a focus on Computer and Network Security. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2018, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA. In 2020, they earned the CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification, also from CompTIA. Furthermore, in 2015, they completed the BICSI ICT Design Fundamentals Course Certification offered by BICSI. In 2016, they received the Corning Seeing the Light Training & Certification from Corning Fiber. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge v.4 from the Cloud Security Alliance. It is not specified when they obtained the Accessdata Certified Examiner certification or from which institution.
