Nantia Roussou

Nantia Roussou is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, development, and human resources management. Currently serving as the HR Talent Acquisition & Development Business Partner at PALIRIA since November 2022, Nantia has previously held positions at Karamolegos Bakery S.A. as both Human Resources Plant and Supply Chain Business Partner and Human Resources Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist. Prior experience includes roles at HERON as an HR Advisor and Learning & Development Officer, an Associate Researcher at the Ministry of Culture, and Assistant Manager at the Local Authorities Organization. Nantia has a strong educational foundation, holding an MBA from the University of Piraeus, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Hellenic Management Association, a Master’s in Cultural Resource Management from Panteion University, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Patras.
