Monica Iannessa

Ms. Iannessa plans, organizes, designs, and directs programs, activities and operations of the Academic Achievement Department, which includes teacher coaches and coordinators; she assures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, supervises the Academic Achievement Team, assists in supervising curriculum and instruction, and evaluates the academic departments of Visual and Performing Arts, Social Science, and Technical Education. She serves as the Academic Supervisor for the Math Department and is the Administrator for the Junior Class. In addition, Ms. Iannessa serves on the Academic Achievement LTSP committee and the Academic Accountability governance committee. She provides leadership for instructional initiatives, and helps to develop and implement action plans of the school including LTSP, WASC, Charter, and the EL master plan.
