Prior to this, Minnie held several roles at Lumos Labs, including Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle accounting processes, overseeing equity platforms, and ensuring tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Minnie's previous experience includes positions at Segment.com, OUM & Co. LLP, and PwC, where tax planning, compliance, and process improvement were key focuses. Minnie holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting focus from the University of California, Berkeley.
