Nitin Khakee

Nitin Khakee serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Palistar Capital since June 2021, managing legal and compliance matters for a digital infrastructure investment manager with over $2 billion in assets. Previously, Nitin held the position of Executive Director and General Counsel for Morgan Stanley Investment Management from 2013 to June 2021, overseeing legal affairs for investment platforms with more than $18 billion in assets. Nitin's earlier experience includes Vice President and Counsel at Credit Suisse Asset Management, Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and Corporate Associate at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP. Nitin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
