Lorin A. Maran

Lorin A. Maran has extensive work experience in various engineering roles.

They currently work at Palitronica Inc. as a Product Engineer and Manufacturing Lead, starting in February 2021.

Prior to this, they worked at LM Engineering as a Mechatronics Engineer, starting in 2015.

They also have experience at the University of Waterloo, where they held roles as a Research Associate from February 2021 to January 2022, and as a Research Engineer from June 2015 to February 2021.

Additionally, they worked at Emerson Industrial Automation as an Engineering Project Coordinator from June 2014 to June 2015.

They have also held positions at Renesystems SRL as a Mechatronics Engineer for a one-month consulting contract in May 2014, at PV Labs as a Design Engineer for a three-month consulting contract from January 2014 to April 2014, at Mitchell Plastics as a Project Engineer from April 2011 to April 2013, at HTS Engineering as a Contracting Sales Assistant from September 2008 to December 2008, at Bend All Automotive as a Manufacturing Engineering from January 2008 to April 2008, and at Ontario Die International as a Product Development Engineering from September 2006 to December 2006.

Lorin A. Maran completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Honours Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo, attending from 2004 to 2010.
