Eileen Yu has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Eileen started their career at Royal Canin China, where they worked as an HR Supervisor from 2007 to 2010. In this role, they were responsible for supporting project goals, leading recruitment activities, designing C&B programs, and providing HR consultative advice. Eileen also successfully set up a new team and received recognition as the best pet food factory within the Mars group.
Following their time at Royal Canin, Eileen joined Ashland, Inc. in 2010. Here, they initially worked as an Assistant HR Business Partner before transitioning to the role of a C&B Project Specialist, Asia Pacific. In this role, they collaborated with HR Business Partners to develop C&B harmonization programs and policies, delivered high-quality projects, worked on HR-related programs and communications, and conducted total rewards training.
In 2014, Eileen joined DSM as an HR Business Partner, where they continued to contribute their HR expertise until 2017. Finally, they became a part of Pall Corporation in 2017 and held the position of a Senior Commercial HR Business Partner. Later on, they were promoted to the role of HR Director. Eileen Yu has a postgraduate degree in Organization and Human Resource Management from The University of Hong Kong. Eileen also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from East China University of Science and Technology. In addition, they have completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Coaching and Leadership Development, as well as Managerial Psychology, both from The University of Hong Kong.
