Mollie Maruca

Mollie Maruca has extensive experience in the field of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) across various leadership positions. Mollie is currently serving as the Vice President of EHS at Dover Corporation since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of EHS&S and Facilities at Pall Corporation starting from May 2018. From May 2013 to May 2018, Mollie worked at Baxter International Inc. as the EHS Manager of the Global Technical Services BU. Before that, they were the EHS&S Manager of the Pharmaceuticals Division at Bausch + Lomb from May 2005 to June 2013. Mollie began their career at HSA Engineers & Scientists as an Industrial Hygiene Consultant and Health and Safety Coordinator from May 2003 to May 2005.

Mollie Maruca, CSP, CHMM completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000. Mollie further pursued their education and obtained a Master’s degree in Environmental and Occupational Health from the University of South Florida between 2001 and 2003.
