Pawel Pac-Pomarnacki

Pawel Pac-Pomarnacki currently holds the position of VP Operations EMEA at Pall Corporation since January 2024. Prior to this role, Pawel served as Plant Manager at Radiometer Solutions Sp. z o.o. from September 2015 to January 2024, and as Production Manager at Radiometer Sp. z o.o. from December 2005 to January 2024. Responsibilities included managing the production process with a focus on efficiency, financial and quality control (FPY), on-time delivery (OTD), and compliance with ISO13485 for medical devices, overseeing a team of 50 individuals. Pawel holds a Postgraduate MBA from Uniwersytet Szczeciński (2010-2012) and a Master's degree in Maritime Engineering from Politechnika Morska w Szczecinie (1999-2005).
