Nicole Vincent

Nicole Vincent has a diverse work experience in the fields of project management, health communications, and research. Nicole currently works as a Project Director at Palladian Partners, Inc., leading strategic communications and research initiatives for various agencies. In this role, they manage a team of experts and handles tasks such as health communications, digital strategy, and marketing.

Prior to their current position, Nicole worked as a Senior Manager and Health Communications Manager at Palladian Partners, Inc. from 2017 to 2021, where they gained experience in managing projects and developing effective health communication strategies.

Before joining Palladian Partners, Inc., Nicole worked at ICF as a Research and Communications Manager from 2015 to 2017, where they served as the Deputy Project Director for a USAID funded project in Zambia. Nicole oversaw monitoring and evaluation efforts, conducted research on behavior change communication initiatives, and built the research capacity of local partners.

Nicole also gained experience at ICF as a Senior Research and Communications Associate from 2011 to 2015 and as a Research and Communications Associate from 2008 to 2011.

Their early career includes a role as an Evaluation Associate at the American Red Cross from 2007 to 2008.

Nicole Vincent obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they completed from 1995 to 1999. Nicole later pursued a Master's degree in International Relations at The New School, from 2004 to 2006.
