CHARLOTTE MCDONOUGH

Charlotte McDonough has been in the technology industry since 1996. CHARLOTTE started as a Solution Portfolio Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, where they managed practice management and marketing communication functions, overseeing 20+ services and 3 solutions that generated over $100M in revenue a year for infrastructure services. CHARLOTTE also directed brand management, corporate positioning, product lifecycle management, sales collateral and tradeshow marketing. At Alcatel-Lucent, they were also a Salesforce System Administrator and a Salesforce Deployment Project Manager. In addition, they were a Product Marketing Manager where they developed a variety of successful marketing programs for wireless service providers during the cell tower high-demand to build scenario and completely restructured a struggling services organization. In 2020, Charlotte moved to Cloudland Technologies as a Salesforce Consultant and Salesforce Consultant - Cloudland Technologies. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Palladin Technologies as a Salesforce Project Manager.

Charlotte McDonough obtained their BBA in Business Management from Mercer University between 1984 and 1988. In 1998 and 1999, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Through Lucent Technologies) in Business Administration and Management, General. In March 2018, they obtained their Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce. In March 2021, they obtained their Business Development Manager certification from TM Forum.
