Joseph Spina

Mr. Spina joined Palladium in 2022 and serves as Assistant General Counsel & Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Palladium, Mr. Spina was an attorney at O’Melveny & Myers, an international law firm, where he advised large companies, investment firms and lenders in restructuring and distressed M&A transactions. During his time at O’Melveny, Mr. Spina worked on numerous high-profile matters, including representing the Government of Puerto Rico in the Island’s debt restructuring process. Prior to that, Mr. Spina worked an another international law firm and also interned for the Honorable J. Michelle Childs, who serves as a federal judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Mr. Spina earned a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. from Manhattan College, graduating with honors from both institutions.
