Mariya Milanov

Ms. Milanov joined Palladium in 2018 and serves as a Senior Tax Manager. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Milanov was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Financial Service Tax practice where she managed the US tax compliance of large private equity clients addressing tax issues related to their inbound and outbound investments. Ms. Milanov began her career in the real estate tax practice at PricewatehouseCoopers LLP where she oversaw the tax compliance of real estate clients. Ms. Milanov received a B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College, and is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.
