Akshay Sinha

Akshay Sinha is a seasoned entrepreneur and engineer with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Akshay serves as Co-Founder at Palladium Labs and Rivera Money, where responsibilities include strategic oversight and operational management. Previous roles include Mathematician at Upwork, where Akshay developed algorithms and financial models, and Product Manager on the founding team at Close, focusing on product design and scaling. With a background in digital transformation at Schlumberger, Akshay led on-site teams and provided real-time support for global operations, in addition to being a Measurements While Drilling (MWD) and Logging While Drilling (LWD) engineer. Akshay's early leadership experience includes managing a large student team at Techfest, IIT Bombay, and serving as a Teaching Assistant. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
