Erin K. McGinn

Erin K. McGinn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health policy and program management, currently serving as Technical Director for Health at Palladium since January 2013. Erin has held various key roles, including Senior Technical Advisor for the Health Policy Project and Project Director for HRH 2030, where leadership was provided to operational and technical teams across multiple countries. Prior to Palladium, Erin worked as a Senior Technical Advisor at EngenderHealth and held several positions at FHI 360, including Associate Director of Research Utilization. Early career experience includes managing projects at Action Canada for Population and Development. Erin holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Studies from the University of Guelph.
