Mike Tetelman

Director, Education Portfolio, Catalyze at Palladium

Mike Tetelman is an experienced professional with a significant background in education, conflict resolution, and economic development. Currently serving as the Director of the Education Portfolio for the USAID-sponsored program CATALYZE at Palladium since January 2022, Mike deploys blended finance solutions to enhance educational opportunities for economically disadvantaged learners. As the Founder and Chief Healing Officer of Kindness Cabana, LLC, established in February 2021, Mike focuses on collaborative problem-solving and conflict resolution. Previous roles include Director of Economic Participation & Environment at FHI 360, Principal International Technical Advisor at EDC, and a Director at the Academy for Educational Development, overseeing comprehensive programs funded by USAID. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Yale University, a JD in International Business Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Ph.D. in History/African Studies from Northwestern University.
