Will McPhail

Will McPhail is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive international experience in management and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Finance & Compliance (CATALYZE) at Palladium since September 2023, Will previously held significant roles at the Peace Corps as Director of Management and Operations for the Eastern Caribbean, and at Vital Strategies as Deputy Director of International Operations. With a robust background in project management, Will has successfully led operations across multiple regions, including St. Lucia, Dominica, Grenada, and Saint Vincent. Educational credentials include an M.A. in International Development Studies from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Will also possesses training in Behavior Change Communication, Project Design Management, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
