Ying-Chen (Vicky) Huang, Ph.D.

Ying-Chen (Vicky) Huang, Ph.D. is currently employed as a Sr. Associate Scientist at Palleon Pharmaceuticals since May 2022. Prior to this role, Ying-Chen (Vicky) worked as a Research Assistant at Mississippi State University from January 2018 to May 2022. Huang has expertise in developing mouse models of type 2 diabetes and studying the effects of probiotics on diabetic mice. Ying-Chen (Vicky) also possesses strong knowledge in sampling and handling animal blood, organ tissues, and fecal and cecal contents. Huang holds a Ph.D. in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion from Mississippi State University, an MS in Biochemical Science and Technology from National Taiwan University, and a BS in Biomedical Science from Chang Gung University.
