Elizabeth Rugg

Elizabeth Rugg is currently serving as the Manager of Community Development at Pallet Shelter. Elizabeth has a background in public space planning and development as well as experience in urban garden coordination and public art internships. Elizabeth has also held positions as an Executive Assistant, Research Assistant, and Communications and Events Associate. Elizabeth holds a Master of Arts in Religion from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English Literature & Latin American Studies from the University of Virginia.
