Paulina Delgado has worked in a variety of roles in the graphic design and customer service industries. In 2016, they began working as a Lead Sales Associate at The Oakland Museum of California Foundation, where they designed store signage via Photoshop and managed weekly shipping and receiving, sale and return transactions, inventory, backstock and floor displays. In 2019, they became an Order Fulfillment Specialist at The Artist Collective / Stickie Bandits, where they managed web content, converted files into web ready assets for Shopify and Etsy, and fulfilled wholesale orders. In 2021, they became a Teaching Assistant at Laney College, engaging in student discussions, aiding the professor with upcoming lessons, and communicating with the professor regarding student and assignment inquiries and concerns. Additionally, they worked as a Graphic Designer and Graphic Design Intern at Business Connect L3C, creating assets for social media and Mailchimp, updating their brand guide, and updating their 2022 Product Catalog. Paulina also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, creating designs for Alameda Health System Foundation, Luna’s Landing Dog Care, Environmental Health Coalition, and Sweet Delights Co. Finally, they are currently working as a Jr. Graphic Designer at Pallet.

Paulina Delgado attended Laney College from 2017 to 2022, where they earned an Applied Graphic Design & Digital Imaging degree. Paulina also attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Sociology degree. In February 2022, they obtained a Developing Your Emotional Intelligence certification from LinkedIn.
