Andrew Leonard has over 25 years of work experience in the finance and investment banking industries. From 1994 to 1998, they worked as an Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney and then as an Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston. In 1996, they joined DMG Technology Group as an Associate in Technology Investment Banking, where they were responsible for marketing and positioning, due diligence, valuation and strategic and financial analysis for IPOs, public and private debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions. In 1999, they took on the role of Director of Business Development and Strategic Account Management at Respond Networks, where they developed and managed reseller, co-marketing, and advertising partnerships. From 2004 to 2014, they were employed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held various positions, including Vice President of Finance, High Performance Computing & Mission-Critical Systems Business Unit, Finance Director of Software-Defined & Cloud Group, and Finance Director of HPE Storage. In 2021, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Lightning Motorcycles. Currently, they are the Vice President of Finance and Interim CFO at Pallidus, Inc.
Andrew Leonard attended St. Paul's School from 1985 to 1989 and then Stanford University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a B.A. in Andrew'story.
