Manish Gurung has extensive experience in IT support and infrastructure, currently serving as a Desktop Support Engineer at Pallion since June 2024, where responsibilities include on-site analysis and resolution of complex desktop issues and maintaining standard operating environments for end users. Previously, from November 2021 to June 2023, Manish worked at Pallion as an IT Infrastructure Technical Support, specializing in customer service and problem resolution. Prior experience includes roles at eHub International as an IT Support Specialist and Information Technology Help Desk Support, where Manish addressed level 1 and 2 IT issues while ensuring compliance with service-level agreements. Manish holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from CQUniversity (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology from Lumbini ICT Campus (2013-2017).
