Marcela Carneiro Millett

Marcela Carneiro Millett, LMHC, has extensive experience in mental health counseling and community services, currently serving as a Senior Strategic Planning Performance Analyst at Palm Beach County since December 2015. In this role, Marcela conducts detailed analyses and supports the implementation of initiatives for strategic planning and performance management. Prior positions include Operations Supervisor and Casework Supervisor in various capacities within Palm Beach County's Human Services, where Marcela directed service provision and oversaw casework for homeless services. In addition to community service roles, Marcela operates a private practice as a psychotherapist, providing counseling and support for individuals and families. Educationally, Marcela holds an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a B.A. in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
