Martin Lüer

CEO at Palm Group

Martin Lüer has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the packaging industry. Martin is currently the CEO of Palm Packaging at Palm Group, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Envases Öhringen GmbH from 2018 to 2022 and as the COO from 2017 to 2018.

Before joining Palm Group, Lüer worked at Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa / Amcor Flexibles Americas from 2008 to 2017. During their time there, they held several roles including Director Operations Film&Foil, Director European Extrusion, and Head of Foil Rolling Plant.

Lüer also has experience at NOVELIS DEUTSCHLAND GMBH as the Head of Production Center Canning from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, they worked at Kayser Automotive Systems GmbH as a Project Engineer in 2001 and at Alstom Transport as a Project Engineer from 1997 to 2001.

Martin Lüer attended TU Clausthal-Zellerfeld from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau (mechanical engineering).
