Amr Zahran

Amr Zahran is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer experience, currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology & eCompound at Palm Hills Developments since September 2021. Previously, Amr held significant roles at Etisalat Misr, including Director of IT Digital and Innovation Services and Vice President of Digital Transformation & Customer Experience, where a comprehensive digital change agenda was executed. Amr also served as IT CRM & BI Senior Manager at Ooredoo Group, overseeing the Group CRM Centre of Excellence, and as IT CRM Solutions Manager at Etisalat Misr, leading teams in solution development. Earlier roles include positions at Vodafone and other technology firms, with a foundational Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cairo University.
