VP Of Marketing & Patient Experience at Palm Medical Centers

Nina Sinisterra has a solid work experience in the healthcare industry, starting in 2003 as the Marketing & Business Development Director for the Florida Center for Allergy and Asthma Care. In this role, they built a strong marketing and sales infrastructure, including a large-scale rebranding with a new logo and digital presence.

In 2014, Nina joined Baptist Health South Florida as the Marketing & PR Manager, where they successfully launched and positioned a new division focused on primary care. Nina opened 7 new practices and paved the way for the launch of 13 more locations.

Following this, in 2017, Nina took on the role of Associate Director of Marketing and Business Development at ProMD Practice Management, a B2B healthcare MSO. Here, they led marketing and business development efforts to support the strategic shift towards a new revenue cycle business channel. Nina revitalized the company's messaging and revamped the website to align with the new direction.

In 2018, Nina joined Conviva Care Solutions as the Director of Marketing. Nina was responsible for managing a team of 21 members and creating Conviva's first marketing department. Nina successfully integrated six legacy brands under the Conviva name and implemented various marketing strategies, resulting in a 96% patient retention rate and increased provider revenue by $160M.

Currently, Nina works at Palm Medical Centers as the VP of Marketing & Patient Experience, a role they took on in 2021.

Nina Sinisterra obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Florida International University, which they attended from 2000 to 2002. Nina later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nova Southeastern University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Nina has acquired several certifications, including the 215 Health & Life Insurance License from the Florida Department of Financial Services in March 2021 and a Digital Marketing Analytics certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management in March 2020. Nina also holds a Real Estate Broker certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, which they obtained in 2009.
