Jefry Demos Tambunan

Jefry Demos Tambunan, ST, MM, currently serves as the Head of HR&GA Division at Palma Serasih Group since November 2023, specializing in palm plantation operations. Previously, Jefry held the position of GM HR Strategic & Business Partner at PT Fajar Surya Wisesa, Tbk from March 2020 to November 2023, focusing on the paper packaging manufacturing sector. Additional experience includes serving as Head of HR Country at Louis Dreyfus Company in the agribusiness trading and palm refinery industry, and as Senior Manager for Human Resources Business Partner at PT SMART Tbk, among other roles in various sectors including food and beverage, logistics, and automotive spare parts. Jefry holds a master’s degree in Organization Development and Human Capital from Universitas Pelita Harapan and a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Brawijaya.
