Erin Donkers

Erin Donkers serves as a Senior Ecologist and Team Lead for Ecology and Biodiversity at SLR Consulting since July 2024. With extensive experience in ecology, Erin has worked as an Ecologist at Palmer since April 2018 and previously held roles such as Intermediate Ecologist and Certified Arborist at Groundwater Environmental Management Services from April 2016 to April 2018, and as an Ecologist/Environmental Scientist at MTE Consultants Inc. from March 2012 to November 2015. Early career highlights include positions as a Botanist at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, Ecosystem Restoration Research Assistant with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, and Customer Service Representative/Plant Care Specialist at Bradford Greenhouses. Educational credentials include an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Ecosystem Restoration from Niagara College and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Zoology/Ecology from the University of Guelph.
