Nikki Renaud

Nikki Renaud has extensive experience in organizational support and behavioral health services, currently serving as the Organizational Support Supervisor at Palmer Group since December 2015. Nikki has held multiple titles at Palmer Group, including Lead Division Coordinator and IT Division Coordinator, contributing to the firm’s mission to be Iowa's premier employment service since its establishment in 1998. Previous experience includes working as a Behavioral Health Intervention Specialist at Mid-Iowa Family Therapy Clinic from February 2014 to June 2016, and as a Respite Service Assistant at ChildServe from May 2013 to February 2014. Early career experience includes serving as a Student Secretary in the Department of Epidemiology & Microbiology Lab at Iowa State University from April 2011 to December 2013. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Adult & Family Services from Iowa State University, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
