Mukul Sharma

Mukul Sharma, CFA has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Mukul is currently serving as the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Palmer Square Capital Management LLC since December 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Executive Director and Vice President of Structured Credit at the same company.

Sharma was also a part of the Apex Cohort, Class of 2022 in the Centurions Leadership Program from March 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining Palmer Square Capital Management LLC, Sharma worked as the Director of Investments at EPR Properties from April 2019 to November 2020. Mukul was responsible for commercial real estate investments in the entertainment and recreation space.

Mukul'sprevious experience includes working as the Vice President of Investments at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company from April 2018 to April 2019. Mukul handled all aspects of the private credit and structured products direct investment process.

Sharma began their career as an Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan in July 2015 and continued in this role until March 2017. Mukul also had a summer internship at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Summer Associate in 2014.

Earlier in their career, Sharma worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from August 2010 to August 2013. Mukul advised on various merger, acquisition, and restructuring engagements for financial services clients and also worked on technical workforce analytics solutions for intelligence community clients.

Mukul Sharma, CFA, has an extensive education history that spans multiple fields of study. Mukul began their academic journey at the University of Pennsylvania where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology and Political Science from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued their passion for business and finance by obtaining two master's degrees.

From 2013 to 2015, Mukul Sharma attended Northwestern University's prestigious Kellogg School of Management. Mukul completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, Management & Organizations. Simultaneously, they also pursued a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree with a specialization in Design & Operations from Northwestern University.

In addition to their educational achievements, Mukul Sharma has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter, which they received from the CFA Institute in September 2019. This certification further demonstrates their expertise and commitment to the field of finance.
