Angela Lumby

Angela Lumby is an experienced professional in human resources and operations with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a People Operations Advisor and Acting People Operations Manager at Palmerston North City Council since January 2022, Angela previously held leadership roles at Trustpower as Metering Manager and at FleetPartners NZ as Customer Service Manager. Angela has also provided executive support at Inland Revenue NZ, managed projects at Transpower New Zealand, and developed financial solutions at IBM Global Financing. Angela holds a Master of Management in Human Resource Management from Massey University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce (Economics) and Arts (Political Science and Government/Psychology) from the University of Otago.
