James Miguel

James Miguel currently serves as a Senior Transport Planner at Palmerston North City Council, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes a Senior Transport Planner role at Horizons Regional Council from July 2019 to May 2023 and earlier positions as a Transport Planner at the same organization and as an Undergraduate Planner at WSP Opus from November 2018 to May 2019.
