James Rowe

James Rowe has extensive experience in the field of architecture and digital strategy, currently serving as the Manager of Architecture and Strategy at Palmerston North City Council since March 2015. In this role, James oversees a team of Portfolio Architects and leads the development of the Digital Strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s enterprise needs. Prior positions held include Architecture Team Lead and Technology Architect at the same council, as well as roles at Spark Digital NZ as a Systems Engineer, and at various organizations such as Unisys and Datacom in IT support and service desk functions.
