A Berl Davis

A Berl Davis has a long history of experience in the electric cooperative industry. A majority of their career was spent at Palmetto Electric Cooperative, where they held various roles and steadily progressed within the company. A Berl started as the Junior Engineer in Charleston Electric Distribution Engineering in 1980 and worked their way up to Vice President of Engineering and Operations in 1988, a position they held until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, Davis served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer before becoming the President and CEO in July 2014. Prior to working at Palmetto Electric Cooperative, Davis gained experience at South Carolina Electric and Gas, where they held several engineering and management positions.

A Berl Davis attended Clemson University from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
