Justin Card

Justin Card is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT operations, project management, and strategic initiatives, currently serving as Associate VP of IT & Project Management at Palmetto Infusion since September 2018. Justin has spearheaded the establishment of the Project Management Office and has been instrumental in overseeing cloud migration, AI, ML, and automation implementations to enhance organizational efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Director and Director of Project Management at Palmetto Infusion, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise-wide SaaS implementations and data analytics ecosystems. Justin's earlier experience includes project management at Mercom, where oversight of significant IT projects was conducted, and BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, focusing on client service and claims resolution. Justin holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Wealth Management from Coastal Carolina University.
