Casey Lau has extensive experience in retail, with a current role as an Allocator at Palmetto Moon since May 2018. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Nordstrom from March 1998 to September 2016, where significant accomplishments include managing a $24MM inventory of men’s shoes across multiple locations and driving an 18% sales increase for the UGG brand as an Assistant Buy Planner. Casey Lau excelled in various positions at Nordstrom, including Replenishment Buyer, where collaboration and strategic planning were key, and Assistant Buyer roles that consistently achieved impressive sales growth. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated as a department manager, overseeing large teams and earning recognition such as the Nordstrom Anniversary Cup and Department Manager of the Year.
