Kelbi Wofford has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead at Palmetto State Armory since October 2019. Previous positions include Customer Service Representative, Merchandise Associate, and Retail Cashier at the same company. Prior to that, Kelbi worked at the South Carolina State Law Enforcement Division as Administrative Coordinator and Administrative Assistant from June 2016 to September 2019. Additional experience includes co-managing and managing the café at Books A Million, as well as serving as a waitress at Lizard's Thicket Inc. and Applebee's. Kelbi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security from Troy University and various studies at the University of South Carolina and Blue Ridge High School.
