Dave Hicks

Dave Hicks began their work experience in 2001 as a Senior Airman in the US Air Force Reserve. Dave then worked as a Senior Associate at Deloitte from 2002 until 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they served as a Manager at Ernst & Young. Dave joined PwC in 2011 as a Director in Transaction Services, specializing in providing accounting advice for various transactions. In 2014, they became the Director of Accounting at Sonos, a position they held until 2020. After that, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Nurx from 2020 to 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the VP, Corporate Controller at Apeel. Currently, they are working as the SVP, Chief Accounting Officer at Palmetto.

Dave Hicks completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics & Political Science at UC Santa Barbara. Dave is currently pursuing an Executive Education - Certificate in Business Excellence at Columbia Business School, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2022. In addition, they have obtained a Chief Financial Officer Program certification from Emeritus, and they are also a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) licensed by the California Board of Accountancy.
