EVP, Mapdwell at Palmetto

Eduardo Berlin is the Executive Vice President of Mapdwell at Palmetto. Eduardo was previously the Co-Founder and CEO of Mapdwell from May 2013 to March 2021. At Mapdwell, Eduardo led strategy, vision, and product concept and development. Eduardo also ran day-to-day management, finance, and business development.

Prior to Mapdwell, Eduardo was the Lead Architect at PAZ Corp from January 2003 to December 2007. Eduardo was also the Edward M. Gramlich Fellow at Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies from June 2010 to February 2011. In addition, Eduardo has been a Freelance Contributor for El Post from January 2010 to December 2012.

Eduardo Berlin & Associates Architects was founded in October 2000 and they served as Senior Architect until May 2009.

Eduardo Berlin's educational career began at Escuela Campo Alegre ECA, a high school in Chile. Eduardo then studied architecture at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. After working as an architect for a few years, they decided to pursue a Master's in Design Studies in Sustainable Design at Harvard University. Eduardo then completed a cross registration at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the field of energy efficiency.

They are on a team with Jared Wray - Co-Founder & CTO, Sean Hayes - COO, and Jason Hamilton - Chief Startup Officer. Their manager is Chris Kemper, Chairman, Founder & CEO.
