Susanna Immonen

Susanna Immonen has extensive work experience in the field of facility management and service planning. Susanna started their career in 2002 as a Sales Representative and Store Manager at Lahjatavaramyynti Enkelin Eväspussi Oy. Susanna then worked at SOL Palvelut Oy as a Service Supervisor from 2004 to 2006, and as a Service Manager from 2011 to 2014, where they were responsible for contract management, tender calculations, and subcontracting. From 2014 to 2018, they held the role of Development Manager at Palmia Oy, leading a team of customer key account managers and service designers in various projects related to facility services. Susanna then became a Branch Manager at Palmia Oy from 2019 to 2020, overseeing the business operations, customer relationships, and personnel for the company's facility services division. Currently, they are working as a Business Unit Director at Palmia Oy, responsible for the overall management and development of facility services, including cleaning services, user services, and multipurpose services at multiple locations.
