Donald Ubeh serves as the Head of Risk and Compliance at PalmPay since May 2021, previously holding key compliance and risk management roles at ntel and eTranzact International PLC. With extensive experience in anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance with regulations such as the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Donald has contributed significantly to proactive compliance efforts throughout various organizations, including Stanbic IBTC and KPMG as a Forensic Analyst. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Lagos State University, alongside several professional certifications in compliance and leadership. Donald's early career began in an engineering capacity at Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation Plc.
