Geoffrey Gathua

Geoffrey Gathua is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of People and Culture for East Africa at PalmPay since April 2022, where responsibilities include shaping human capital strategy and aligning HR practices with business objectives. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Kilimambogo Millers and Mastermind Tobacco Limited, where Geoffrey successfully formulated HR strategies and managed recruitment processes. Additionally, experience includes pivotal HR transformations at Pambazuka National Lottery and enhancement of HR operations at Syngenta. Educational qualifications feature a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resource Management from Mount Kenya University and Higher National Diplomas in Human Resource Management from the Kenya National Examination Council.
