Opeyemi Castro serves as the Head of Channels Support at PalmPay since February 2023, overseeing the management of Channel Operations and Support teams to ensure efficient project delivery and operational tasks, as well as supporting various payment solutions and transactions. Prior to this role, Opeyemi held positions including Team Lead for Platforms and Technical Support at 3Line Card Management Limited and Lead of IT Service Desk and Technical Support at Wema Bank Plc. With a robust background in technical support and project management across multiple financial institutions, Opeyemi has extensive experience in application monitoring, system integration, and ensuring the reliability of payment channels. Opeyemi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kwara State University and has completed additional educational qualifications at The Federal Polytechnic Ede.
