Andrew Walter

Andrew Walter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate development. As the Founder of Slum By The Sea since April 2018, Andrew leads an investment and consulting business that supports founders, CEOs, and boards at various stages of their companies. Andrew serves on the boards of Palms Premium, Tactyc, and Siblings Inc., focusing on quality cannabis products, scenario planning for venture funds, and promoting sustainable consumer practices, respectively. Prior to these roles, Andrew held significant positions, including Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. and Managing Director at Evolution Media Capital. Andrew began their career as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Denver in 1999.
