Danielle Sim

Danielle Sim currently serves as a Staff Data Scientist at Palo Alto Networks since August 2022, where responsibilities include expanding propensity-to-buy models, maintaining prediction pipelines, and developing LLM-based applications for internal chat-bot use. Previously, Danielle contributed as a Data Science Intern at Palo Alto Networks, successfully developing a model that increased sales projections by $300M with high accuracy. Additional experience includes a role as a Statistician at UCLA's Department of Medicine, providing biostatistical analysis for clinical research, and creating a private tutoring network in Los Angeles, specializing in math, statistics, and standardized test prep. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from UCLA and a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Southern California.
