Fan Zhang

Fan Zhang is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in developing and architecting advanced technology solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Principal and Architect Engineer at Palo Alto Networks since February 2015, Fan Zhang has led the design and implementation of an IoT Security and Visibility data platform on AWS, managing substantial data volumes and safeguarding millions of IoT devices. Prior experience includes acting as the Amazon Android Framework core owner at Amazon Lab126, where Fan Zhang was instrumental in developing the FIOS platform, and functioning as an Android Platform Architect at AiLive Inc., focusing on game controller integration within Android devices. Earlier, Fan Zhang held the position of Staff Engineer and tech leader at Samsung Telecommunications America, overseeing multiple teams to enhance the Android platform's performance. Fan Zhang holds a degree from Tsinghua University.
