Jeff Levenstam

Jeff Levenstam is an accomplished tax professional with extensive leadership experience in international tax services. Currently serving as Vice President-Tax at Palo Alto Networks since June 2018, Jeff previously held the same title at Theravance Biopharma, Inc. from July 2016 to June 2018. A former Partner at EY, Jeff managed international tax matters for over a decade, focusing on acquisitions and compliance. Earlier roles include Senior Director of International Tax and M&A Planning at Cisco Systems, Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. Jeff began a career in food stand management at various sports venues from 1971 to 1980. Jeff holds two BS degrees in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
